THE ROLE:
- Overall manpower planning for Electrical Servicing and Repair work for machinery, plants and other infrastructure
- Plan and establish work requirements and procedures for planned maintenance of electrical system
- Monitor electrical budget and cost
- Utilizing and implement digital technology and smart systems for facilities management
- Conduct breakdown review and root cause analysis
- Monitor inventory and raise purchasing orders for spare parts or material for repair and servicing work
- Liaise with external contractor for repair/ servicing work
- Supervise performance and identify training needs for electrical servicing team
- Take lead in process improvements projects
- Conduct and review Risk Assessment and Safety Workplan
- Enforce and check housekeeping for workshop area under his/her charge

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Possess leadership quality and supervisory experience to lead a team of Associate Engineers and Technicians
- Possess good electrical knowledge, including PLC
- Able to interpret technical drawings or draw in AutoCAD
