The company is involved in the Research, Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing and Installation of curtain walls and interior systems. Over the years, the company has been involved in various high profile, cutting edge projects utilizing the latest in building technologies and innovations.
THE ROLE
- To produce elevation, floor plan and detail drawings according to the project-working program generated by the Product Design Team.
- To produce production drawings and develop machining details as per the approved shop drawings.
- To ensure the derivative design drawings tally with the structural calculations.
- To revise and re-submit all shop drawings as per the Senior Façade Designer’s comments
- Issue all production drawings/information to factory or supplier.
- Issue all construction drawings to Project team and fixing sub-contractor for site installation.
- To update all “As-Built” shop drawings for final submission.
- To maintain proper filing record of drawings and CAD system.
- To ensure the drawing work tally with the group design guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in curtain wall design and experience with steel and aluminum parts
- Awareness of building physics in building connection
- Practical experience in curtain wall installation
- Well versed with 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, CATIA
- Well versed with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- Understanding of drawings build up e.g. sections / parts / assembly / detail drawings
