FAÇADE DESIGNER

Our client is an MNC and leader in the Architectural Sector employing over 10,000 people world-wide. The company is involved in the Research, Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing and Installation of curtain walls and interior systems. Over the years, the company has been involved in various high profile, cutting edge projects utilizing the latest in building technologies and innovations.

 

THE ROLE

  • To produce elevation, floor plan and detail drawings according to the project-working program generated by the Product Design Team.
  • To produce production drawings and develop machining details as per the approved shop drawings.
  • To ensure the derivative design drawings tally with the structural calculations.
  • To revise and re-submit all shop drawings as per the Senior Façade Designer’s comments
  • Issue all production drawings/information to factory or supplier.
  • Issue all construction drawings to Project team and fixing sub-contractor for site installation.
  • To update all “As-Built” shop drawings for final submission.
  • To maintain proper filing record of drawings and CAD system.
  • To ensure the drawing work tally with the group design guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in curtain wall design and experience with steel and aluminum parts
  • Awareness of building physics in building connection
  • Practical experience in curtain wall installation
  • Well versed with 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, CATIA
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
  • Understanding of drawings build up e.g. sections  / parts / assembly / detail drawings

GROUP TREASURY MANAGER

THE ROLE:

  • To support the Treasury functions for Singapore/ South-east Asia operations. 
  • Cash flow forecast and FX management
  • Monitor cash/ liquidity for each legal entity
  • Perform FX hedging execution and Money Market dealings
  • Support the Group’s capital structure, debt and investment portfolio.
  • Input FX and Money Market deals in the system
  • Support banking facilities set-up, renewal and documentation
  • Prepare for interbank fund transfer, short term deposit settlement and FX trade settlement
  • Monitor the counterparty exposure limits by bank
  • Ensure maximization and optimal utilization of funds through various banking or investment instruments
  • Keep abreast of financial market developments and evaluate impact of regulatory changes
  • Ensure bank balances are sufficient for working capital operations
  • Provide treasury advice for projects or new venture/ business development initiatives

Our Client is a Multi-National Corporation and one of the world’s largest employer in the shipping & Logistics industry. The Group is involved in a wide range of businesses including Shipping & Logistics, Trading, Marine and Energy/Oil & Gas.

 

THE ROLE:

  • Report to MD(Singapore Regional Office) and Group GM(HR)
  • To head the HR operations for South East Asia (headcount > 500).
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and plans to support the company’s business and goals.
  • Assist in setting up HR systems and processes.
  • Ensure sound and solid HR processes and practices are in place across business units covered by the SEA Office.
  • Provide leadership and develop competencies in all areas of HR including L&D, C&B, staffing, performance management, etc.
  • Advise business units and management on HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law.

  • Permanent / 5 Days Week / Location: Town(Singapore)
